Saigon, 2014, a young tour guide name Trung Phan, who was at the peak of his career, quit his job and traveled to search for the finest, most delicious and organic coffee beans. The chapter of his life began when he decided to move from the melting pot of Viet Nam to a historic town, Hoi An. With a strong passion for coffee, he rented out a part of his grand mother's house and turned it into the most favorite organic-in-house roasted coffee shop in town.
At The Espresso Station, we believe that coffee should be personal, cultured and it tells us many interesting stories about you. Hence, we developed a creating framework: we ask you about your favorite kind of coffee, when you drink coffee and how you want it to be served and then our barista will personalize it to make it absolutely [yours]
We spent years to search for the most sustainable coffee sources around the country, worked directly with the owners and visited them often to build a strong personal relationship. From the farms, all the beans are collected, packed and delivered to our store, roasted in-house and served without any additional flavors. As our business is growing, we commit ourselves to practicing our business ethically and transparently, supporting local farmers and respecting the environment.
